When it comes to our ‘from photo’ keepsakes, you don't have to be a professional photographer to snap a great picture of your pet. However, as our products are replicas of the photo provided, image type and quality is really important to enable our designers to produce the best possible outcome. Please see our Photo Guide for fundamentals to consider when selecting your image. If you have any questions about the suitability of your preferred photo, please reach out to us prior to ordering at info@miacooperandco.com.au and one of our team members can help you determine which image is best.

Absolutely. For all "from photo" keepsakes, please allow 1-2 weeks for our in-house graphic designer to create your digital design proof and send it to you for approval. Once approved, your order will move into production.

Our 'From Photo' pieces are our flagship product at MCC. Each keepsake is custom made from your personal photo and carefully designed in-house by our graphic designer. As each piece is unique, it can take several hours to design. Therefore, we require payment before providing proofs to ensure our designers are compensated for their work. Unlike some products created by computers or AI, all our designs are crafted by our passionate, pet-loving graphic designers. We believe it's our shared love for pets that truly sets our work apart.

All MCC pieces are custom made to order. Please note the following lead times: From Photo Items: 3–4 weeks Personalised / Custom Text Pieces: 2–3 weeks Garden Statues & Gate Signs: 2 weeks Lead times may vary throughout the year. Absolutely - just enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. If it’s a gift and you’d prefer brand-free packaging, simply leave a note at checkout.

Absolutely! Many of our designs can be customised with your pet’s name, breed, or special wording. If you have something specific in mind or don’t see your breed listed, just get in touch - we’re always happy to create something meaningful just for you.

You can cancel or amend your order within 48 hours of purchase - excluding ‘from photo’ items. Changes to 'from photo' pieces incur a $50 design fee to compensate design work already completed by our graphic designer.
