Honestly, if you're unsure, send it through to our team at info@miacooperandco.com.au before placing your order and we'll tell you. Some pets were around long before phones had decent cameras. Some never sat still long enough. Some photos have been printed and scanned and printed again, and they show it. We understand that the photos people have aren't always the ones they wish they had.We'll let you know what's workable. If something else might give a better result, we'll say so before we start, not after.You can also visit our photo guide for tips on selecting the right photo.

Don’t worry, choosing a photo can be one of the hardest parts.If you’re unsure, send us the photos you’re considering and we can let you know which ones are likely to work best. We’re looking for things like your pet’s position, angle and overall clarity rather than simply choosing the “best” photo.And if the photo you have is particularly special to you but isn’t technically perfect, still send it through. We understand that the memories attached to a photo can be just as important as the photo itself, and we’ll always do our very best to work with you.

Our From Photo products are created as a replica of one main photo, but you’re always welcome to send additional photos along with it.Sometimes another photo can show a facial marking, colouring, feature or detail more clearly, and our designers can use that as a reference when creating the main image.If you have a unique idea that involves combining several photos into one design, we can absolutely look at that too. Just get in touch with us and request a quote so we can talk through what you have in mind.

Yes, for all from photo orders our graphic designer will have your proof to you within one week of purchase. We won't cut a single thing until you're completely happy with the design. Any changes, adjustments or tweaks along the way are all part of the process.

Our From Photo designs are created individually by our in-house graphic designer rather than being mass produced or generated by AI. Each design can take several hours to create, so we only create proofs once an order has been placed.This allows us to give each design the time and attention it deserves, without creating custom artwork that may not ultimately be ordered.If you’re unsure whether your photo will work, we’re always happy to take a look before you order. Simply send your photo through to info@miacooperandco.com.au and our team can let you know whether we think it’s suitable.

Once your proof is sent, we ask that you get back to us within 3 days with your feedback or approval. This keeps your order on track and within the estimated timeframe advertised on our website.We completely understand that life gets busy, and we're also happy to go back and forth on adjustments until the design feels exactly right. It's just important to keep in mind that if approval takes a little longer than usual, or there are several rounds of changes, your original timeframe may shift.We'll always keep you updated on where things are at.We want your piece to be perfect just as much as you do, and we'd rather take the time to get it right than rush something that matters.
