Absolutely not! We do not stock or import any of our products. Each and every gorgeous piece is designed and fabricated right here in Australia.

When it comes to our ‘from photo’ keepsakes, you don't have to be a professional photographer to snap a great picture of your pet. However, as our products are replicas of the photo provided, image type and quality is really important to enable our designers to produce the best possible outcome. Please see our Photo Guide for fundamentals to consider when selecting your image. If you have any questions about the suitability of your preferred photo, please reach out to us prior to ordering at info@miacooperandco.com.au and one of our team members can help you determine which image is best.

Of course. Proofs are available on request. Should your require a proof, please leave a note for our team at checkout. Please note 'proof requests' will extend the production time of your order approximately 1 week.

Our 'From Photo' pieces are our flagship product here at MCC, with each and every keepsake custom made from your own personal photo, and proudly designed in-house by our graphic designer. As each piece is one-of-a-kind it can take several hours to design, and subsequently we are unable to offer proofs until payment has been made to ensure our designers are compensated for their work. Whilst some products on the market are designed using computers or AI tools, all our products are designed by our pet loving graphic designers, and we truly believe it is our collective pet obsession that separates our work from the rest.

Garden Keepsakes/Signs: Please allow approximately 2 weeks for our team to complete and dispatch your order. 'From Photo' items/Personalised pieces: Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for our design and manufacturing team to complete and dispatch your order. Manufacturing lead times may vary depending on the time of year. For time sensitive orders please get in touch prior to purchasing for up-to-date lead times and to discuss your needs. We promise it is worth the wait!

Absolutely! Simply include the recipient's name in your delivery address details during checkout.

You may cancel within 48 hours from placing your order (excluding ‘from photo’ or personalised products) Cancellations, edits or changes to customised/personalised pieces and orders from our ‘from photo’ products will incur a $50 fee to compensate for design work already completed by our graphic designer.
