Returns & Refunds Policy
At MCC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order was delivered as per the shipment tracking.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it, including any packaging.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to approval by Mia Cooper & Co.
Process for Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at admin@miacooperandco.com.au

Your return/exchange will be reviewed by our team and once completed you will receive an email confirming (or rejecting) your request. If approved you will receive information on how to complete your return/exchange.
Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for any item(s) returned or exchanged.

Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s) as we do not accept any responsibility for lost items in these circumstances.
Execution of your refund/exchange

Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned order.

Once your item(s) have been inspected your refund will be processed to your original payment method. If there are any issues, we will get in contact with you.

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
Custom/personalised orders
Please be advised that due to the customised nature of our ‘from photo’ products (including any custom orders, custom text items or personalised pieces) we are unable to offer returns/refunds or exchanges, as these items cannot be restocked.

Cancelling an order

Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours from placing your order. Cancellations received in this time frame will have their full payment returned minus processing fees.
Cancellations, edits or changes to customised pieces and orders from our ‘from photo’ products, will incur a $50 fee to compensate for design work already completed by our graphic designer.
Should you wish to cancel, edit or amend an order, or part thereof, please contact us at orders@miacooperandco.com.au Should you have any questions about our products, particularly regarding the suitability of your image, please reach out to our team to discuss prior to ordering.
Faulty products
All MCC products are made from high quality and durable materials, however like with anything in life, they are not indestructible. Each order comes with information on how to best care for and maintain your item(s) to ensure it’s enjoyment for many many years to come. Item(s) that are damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Due to the nature of our products it is reasonably expected that any manufacturing fault would be visible upon delivery. If you think a product is faulty please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at admin@miacooperandco.com.au to organise a refund or replacement at Mia Cooper & Co discretion.
Changes to our returns and refunds policy
Mia Cooper & Co reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Any updates or modifications will be posted on our website. By placing an order with Mia Cooper & Co, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
