Christmas/New Year Operating Hours​

 

Our store will remain open right throughout the Holiday and New Year period for orders that do not require

pre-Christmas delivery. Although our team will be on-hand to reply to any inquiries, orders placed after our cut-off dates below, will be processed once our entire team are back on deck come Monday January 6, 2025.

The holiday season is one of the busiest times of the year for our team (both two and four-legged!) here at MCC. If you'd like your keepsake to make it under the tree in time for Santa, please place your orders by the following dates:

• Custom/Personalised Items & ‘From Photo’ Products: Order by December 2, 2024.

​

Orders placed after this date will still be accepted, but will be processed in the order they are received. While we’ll do our best to complete them quickly, delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed. If you are looking to order after this date, please reach out to our team at info@miacooperandco.com.au to determine if pre-Christmas delivery is possible.

• Pre-Designed Garden Keepsakes & Pre-Designed Property Signs: Order by December 15, 2024.

We strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid the year-end rush.

Please Note: These dates are based on Australia Post’s Christmas delivery schedule for metro areas. To reduce the risk of delays across the festive period, we suggest regional areas order as early as possible and for time-sensitive orders we encourage upgrading to express shipping for peace of mind. Once your order leaves our HQ, delivery timelines will depend on Australia Post.
